On 16, 17 and 18 October, seven Blue Zone technicians took individual technical knowledge exams on Grundfos products, successfully completing them and demonstrating that they are prepared and know the brand well.
These exams were carried out as part of the renewal of the “Grundfos Authorised Service Partner” certificate, which Blue Zone has held for years.
This will now be followed by an audit of the company’s processes, which will only begin after the success of this first stage, which was the exams.
