Last month, AVK Southern Africa organized a training session for the company’s leadership team, which took place at its Training Academy in Gauteng province, South Africa.
In this training, the 7 Leadership Principles were presented, shaping a commitment to excellence and innovation that guides leaders across the AVK group, as well as exploring AVK’s 5 Core Values – Quality, Innovation, Reliability, Sustainability and Customer Service.
On the occasion, there was also room for dialog and reflection on the AVK Business System (ABS), a dynamic framework that ensures operational excellence and continuous improvement, propelling AVK towards its vision of being the customer’s preferred partner.
With this training, it is hoped that participants will feel prepared and equipped with “The AVK Way of Leadership” and that the knowledge acquired will serve as a starting point and a continuation in the leadership development process.
